Klarwin® designs complete solutions for municipal and industrial water, using physical, biological or chemical systems to remove unwanted contaminants, depending on the source and quality of the water, after a careful analysis of its physic-chemical properties.
A: Groundwater (borehole well)
Membrane MICROFILTRATION systems have increased performance by removing all solid particles, reducing by 6 log giardia and cryptosporidium, with high recovery rates.
B: Surface water (lake, river)
Coagulant injected upstream of a MICROFILTRATION membrane system can eliminate some of the organic matter with a recovery rate up to 95%, resulting in a more inexpensive solution than nanofiltration or reverse osmosis systems.
C: Seawater
Using an integrated solution of MICROFILTRATION, followed by REVERSE OSMOSIS, for the desalination of seawater, results in a water free of algae, bacteria and fine particles, with a salinity less than 500 mg/l.
D: Industrial waste water
Suitable treatment of wastewater from industrial processes and its re-use in the process can be done by REVERSE OSMOSIS and physico-chemical and biological TREATMENT, reducing the drinking water and wastewater footprint, to reach the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) target.
E: Secondary and tertiary effluent after biological pre-treatment
Treatment of effluents using MICROFILTRATION with downstream REVERSE OSMOSIS, results in a water quality suitable for various processes. This way, the water can also be evacuated into a river, golf, lagoon or can be used for irrigation.
Our systems contain one or more of the technologies:
Pall Aria is a cross-flow microfiltration system, with PVDF homogeneous, tubular membranes, with high mechanical and chemical resistance. Pall Aria eliminates suspended solids, microorganisms or other dissolved substances. It can treat water with high turbidity (> 400 NTU) and high in suspension (> 300 ppm).
NO MATTER the variation of raw water quality parameters, the system guarantees the quality of the produced water:
with a very high recovery rate (95-98%).
Containerized, mobile, plug & play systems, with flow rates of 10 - 320 m3/h, which can be rented temporarily or on a long-term basis, for emergency issues or for pre-planned shutdowns of current systems.
Modular, standardized systems, ready for fast installation in existing spaces, with small footprint, for guaranteed performance.
Custom, on-demand systems, ideal for refurbishment or expansion, regardless of the production capacity.
The cross-flow filtration system, with closed circuit reverse osmosis (CCRO) patented technology, produces ultra-pure water, eliminating dissolved compounds.
Our systems are characterized by
Mobile IMPRO units consist of a standard capacity microfiltration and reverse osmosis system, containerized in a trailer, for a plug & play installation.
Packaged RO systems are available in a variety of configuration, with optional MF prefiltration, regardless of process water capacity.
Klarwin® recommends using a MF system to protect the RO system.
For several types of industrial waste water, each with its characteristics
Klarwin®, in collaboration with Nijhuis Industries, offers complete industrial wastewater treatment solutions, together with a full-service package that includes design, construction, delivery, commissioning and maintenance.
Together, we build the complete solution, combining traditional technologies with innovative solutions, for a complete package that’s easy to operate.
Intelligent i-DOSE system for optimizing chemical dosing based on load.
The I-MONITORING service for remote, on-line monitoring of the installation, which increases system reliability, process optimization, and predictive maintenance.
The I-CONTROL system for operating the system in the control panel.
