Production is divided in different plants where an highlyspecialized staff and advance technologies are employed.
Lines are assembled and wired in different workshops, where they are accurately customized with several tools, softwareand all items requested by the customer. Before shipment, lines are tested in the test-area using pure fluids, assuring their correct operation.

For every project each department follows a very precise competence sequence.
In TECNinox group, design plays an absolutely dominant role: staff is composed by mechanical, electronic and process engineers who are all excited about the greatest objective of the company: growing.
Already from the first 90s the engineering department was equipped with sophisticated analysis and 3D modelling softwares in order to show the process plant to the customer before its realization.
Marketing is the first step to cooperate with the customer: TECNinox supports him during the whole life of a plant.
1 – Conceptual & basic design – Based on the URS, the project is formulated to meet the requirements.
2 – Detailed design – Detailed specifications, as well as shop and installation drawings are developed.
3 – Fabrication – Fabrication is carried out in the workshops under controlled conditions.
4 – Installation of equipment – Equipment is installed and integrated, the plant is tested and prepared for shipping.
5 – Assembly on site – The plant is assembled at final location. Modules are set and internal hook-up performed.
6 – Commissioning & qualification – Site commissioning and qualification IQ and OQ are performed leveraging the work in the workshop.
7 – Client validation activities – The client performs PQ and start-up activities and manufacturing commences, usually 6-12 months earlier than with conventional construction.
8 – Service & support – Start-up/technical assistance, upgrades and modifications are available on request.
