Scientific & Laboratory

The only laboratory in Romania recognized internationally, specializing in technical cleanliness analysis, services, and products for evaluating and monitoring particle contamination of fluids and industrial components.

Klarwin® Scientific & Laboratory provides fluids and parts cleanliness analysis, according to specific standards, environmental cleanliness evaluations, on-site cleanliness evaluation and measurements of water content in oils. We offer a wide variety of technical support to our customers – from correct fluid sampling to trainings, commissioning, specialized consultancy, equipment renting services, even development of cleanliness laboratories.

Laboratory equipment

Inside the Pall PCC Contamination Cabinet is a controlled environment, appropriate for obtaining a membrane that reflects the real contamination of the fluid or component.

By analysing the membrane at the Jomesa Optical Microscope, all types of particles, down to 5 microns, can be identified, classified (metallic/ non-metallic particles and fibers) and counted, with an increased precision.

With the Portable Filtration Kit, a simulation of the filtration process can be done, retaining contaminants on a membrane and evaluating, visually, the cleanliness class.

The Fluid Cleanliness Monitor, Pall PCM500, the newest technology in determining the industrial liquid cleanliness class, is fast and portable, and the results are unaffected by the presence of water or air or gases.

The Automatic Particle Counter, Pall PFC400, uses laser technology to detect and count the particles in a liquid and additionally measures the dissolved water content in oils.

Using the Pall WS19 water sensor, we determine the dissolved water content in oil (as a % of the saturation level).
