Air — Filtration and Control for Pharmaceutical Environments

Air quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a controlled parameter, not a variable. Airborne particles, microorganisms and chemical contaminants can compromise batch integrity and trigger costly non-conformances.

Klarwin integrates two complementary systems:

  • Compressed air filtration (Cytiva) — submicron particle removal, oil aerosol separation, sterile filtration validated to GMP, with stainless steel construction rated for SIP and autoclave cycles
  • HVAC filtration for cleanrooms (AAF) — HEPA/ULPA solutions up to class U17, with integral efficiency at MPPS of up to 99.999995%, compatible with H₂O₂ decontamination and in-situ DOP/PAO integrity testing

Water — Purified Water and Water for Injection Systems

Water is the most used raw material in pharmaceutical production. Every drop of Purified Water (PW) or Water for Injection (WFI) must meet pharmacopoeia specifications (EP, USP, JP) — from production through distribution to point of use.

Clean and Pure Steam — TECNinox Generators

Steam quality directly influences the safety of sterilization processes and finished product integrity. Klarwin integrates TECNinox generators — built entirely in 316L stainless steel with sanitary finish (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm), compliant with EP and USP.

  • Clean steam — from purified water (PW), for indirect heating applications
  • Pure steam — from water for injection (WFI), for direct product/surface contact
  • Precise pressure and temperature control, automatic non-condensable gas evacuation, continuous conductivity monitoring
