Founder
CEO
Adrian Dobre is the founder and CEO of Klarwin. An engineer by training and entrepreneur by vocation, he has spent more than 30 years transforming Klarwin from a pioneer in filtration, separation and purification technologies into a regional leader and systems integrator in applied engineering for fluid management, delivering high-impact projects across South-Eastern Europe.
Adrian believes that real value comes from integrating expertise, technologies and partnerships into solutions that create real and lasting positive impact for clients, industry and society.
George Lucian Pavel
Head of Environmental Department
Lucian Pavel leads Klarwin's Environmental Division. With more than two decades of experience spanning waste management, water technologies, and air quality solutions, he has developed a broad perspective on the environmental challenges facing modern industries and public infrastructures.
Combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of sustainability, circular economy and resource management, Lucian helps clients address complex environmental requirements through integrated solutions that deliver long-term performance and value.

Silviu Minoiu leads Klarwin Industrial Processes, the division specialized in advanced solutions for complex technological processes. Focused on operational excellence, he ensures performance, continuity and risk control — elements vital to clients.
With over 20 years of experience, Silviu has refined a pragmatic approach, working with organizations where efficiency and reliability are non-negotiable. From his strategic role, he integrates technical know-how into coherent systems and complex teams. His vision aims at delivering solutions that generate measurable results and sustainable value.
Alexandru Sorin Bratu
Energy Technology — Business Line Manager
With international experience in process engineering gained through projects across Europe and the Middle East, Sorin leads Klarwin’s Energy Technology business line and the development of solutions for the energy, oil & gas, and chemical industries.
His expertise combines engineering rigor with a practical understanding of critical industrial applications. He works closely with clients to identify and implement reliable solutions that optimize process performance and support long-term operational objectives.
Răzvan Lixandru
Waste Technologies — Business Line Manager
With deep expertise in waste management infrastructure, Răzvan leads our Waste Technologies business line and works alongside his team to develop servitisation programmes for waste management centres. He oversees the design of landfill opening and closure projects, manages the aftermarket and servitisation team, and drives landfill degassing initiatives across the region.
Sabina Pistol
Water Platform — Business Line Manager
With experience in water and wastewater management, Sabina has been involved in projects focused on water treatment, Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction, and the digitalization of water infrastructure. Her work is centered on developing efficient and sustainable solutions for the responsible management of water resources.
As Water Platform Manager, she leads the development and implementation of Klarwin’s water treatment and distribution solutions, helping optimize operations and improve infrastructure performance through modern monitoring and control technologies.

A decade as Barge Master on offshore oil platforms — România and international waters — gave Cătălin the operational discipline that high-stakes work demands. At Klarwin, he moved from industrial service engineering into leading the Field Service team — the people who hold up client installations on site, over the long run.

Field Service Team Leader
Trained in electrical engineering and industrial automation, Tudor specializes in commissioning, diagnostics and optimisation across leachate treatment, reverse osmosis and biogas systems. At Klarwin, he leads the operations and exploitation team that keeps these installations running safely and efficiently — combining hands-on field expertise with the discipline to plan, organise and improve performance over the long run.

With experience in water network management and the implementation of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction projects, Ionuț has built his career around improving infrastructure performance and leveraging digital technologies for monitoring and control. His work focuses on identifying solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the responsible use of water resources.
As NRW Manager, he leads the development and implementation of programs focused on water loss reduction and network digitalization, working closely with regional utilities to improve the performance and long-term sustainability of water supply systems.
