Contamination control training programme for international automotive manufacturer

13 February 2026

Two stages — webinar for teams from Romania, Spain and Portugal, followed by hands-on application — based on VDA 19, ISO 16232 and ISO 14644, including hybrid vehicle components.

We recently delivered a complex training programme dedicated to contamination control in production and assembly environments, with direct impact on automotive industry components.

The client, an international automotive manufacturer with facilities in multiple countries, chose a two-stage approach: an initial online phase as a webinar attended by teams from Romania, Spain and Portugal, followed by hands-on application of concepts directly in the assembly environment.

In the automotive industry, invisible contamination can generate very visible costs: functional defects, service recalls and reputation losses. That is why contamination control is not just a technical requirement, but a strategic investment in quality, reliability and long-term competitiveness.
