Preventive and corrective maintenance on the Klarwin fleet operated in servitization contracts. Long-term value delivered through scheduled programmes, not single deliverables.
Upgrade
Capital overhauls and technology upgrades for installations in operation — across the full Klar100 portfolio: UF, RO, dosing, filtration and standalone units. Extending the operational life and performance of any installed asset — the integrator's job, applied to legacy installations.
Refurbish
Full refurbish for all types of installations — from LLTP containers (Landfill Leachate Treatment Plants) to skid-based systems and containerized plants. Structural reconditioning, replacement of process modules, electrical and control retrofits, conversion to modern automated solutions.

In-House
Service at the Klarwin PRO Centre
Complex equipment, LLTP containers and containerized systems brought back to Iernut for controlled inspection, testing and full reconditioning.
- Full mechanical cleaning and component verification
- Replacement of seals, membranes and worn filters
- Pump, valve and control reconfiguration
- Hydraulic testing and pressure verification
- Container refurbish · repainting · passivation · pickling
- Hardware and software upgrades (panels, PLC, sensors)
- Final performance test with validation report

On-Site
Preventive & corrective maintenance in the field
For equipment installed at the client's site, our team delivers scheduled and emergency interventions — documented end-to-end against internal Klarwin procedures.
- Functional checks on pumps, sensors and valves
- Pressure, flow and parameter analysis
- Replacement of filters, membrane modules and seals
- Visual inspection of hydraulic and electrical circuits
- Instrumentation calibration · HMI/PLC reconfiguration
- CIP and permeate circuit disinfection (manual or automatic)
- Performance diagnostic with detailed post-intervention report

Remote
Remote monitoring & assistance via SCADA
Systems equipped with Siemens PLC or SCADA can be monitored and supported by the Klarwin PRO team without a physical visit — fast triage, no truck roll.
