Every Klar100 installation is engineered around the client's process need, in small and very small series — bespoke configurations built on world-leading components (Pall, Siemens, Grundfos, Microza) and integrated under one roof at the Iernut centre.
Ultrafiltration & Microfiltration
Turn-key UF/MF systems engineered around Microza UNA-620A modules for municipal and industrial fluid management. Pre-filtration and chemical dosing integrated where the process requires it. The largest production segment at Klarwin PRO.

Each installation above can be produced and delivered in two formats — Containerized Plug & Play or Stand-alone — chosen against the client's site, footprint and integration constraints.
Containerized Plug & Play Systems
Complete turn-key installations mounted in insulated containers — pumps, valves, electrical panels, controls, piping and process modules — assembled, wired and tested in-house at Iernut. Delivered ready for plug & play operation on site.
Stand-alone Units
Open-frame skids and modular standalone units engineered to be integrated into the client's existing infrastructure. Same internal-build quality as the containerized format, designed to fit into existing process halls and utility rooms.
